Attorney Bios

Nick Morrison is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law and practices primarily in the areas of criminal defense, bankruptcy and consumer advocacy. Nick retired from the United States Air Force after 21 years and is a graduate of Minot State University graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and a Master of Science Degree in Management.

Nick is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Ramsey County Bar Association and is licensed in both state and federal court. He often takes cases either pro bono or for low fees.

Nick has successfully represented clients with criminal charges ranging from misdemeanor traffic offenses to felony burglary, arson and assault in plea negotiations, court and jury trials. As a bankruptcy attorney, Nick has successfully filed and represented literally hundreds of clients filing either a Chapter 7 or a Chapter 13 bankruptcy.

Linda Morrison is a graduate of Hamline University Law school. Born in Libby Montana and raised in Minot North Dakota, Linda has been a successful business owner for nearly 25 years and is a graduate of Minot State University with a degree in Business Management.

Linda practices primarily in family law, bankruptcy and criminal defense. She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Ramsey County Bar Association. Linda is licensed in both state and federal court.

Linda has successfully represented clients in all aspects of family law, clients with criminal charges ranging from misdemeanor traffic offenses to a wide variety of felonies. Linda is known for her pro bono and low fee work.
